Rental Rates & Guest Home Policies

Terms: All taxes and fees are included in the nightly cost.

Check In Time: 1:00 PM

Check Out Time: 1:00 PM

*Cancellation notice must be received in our office no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled stay in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours from arrival, the deposit is not returned, but may be used toward a rescheduled stay within one year. Hurd Ranch Guests Homes are available year round.

  • All properties, except the Wyeth Wing, include wifi and DirectTV programming. Due to our rural setting, our Internet is not guaranteed, we may experience downtime and slower speeds.

  • Pet Policy - ($20) per pet per night. The Wyeth House and the Apple House are not pet-friendly. Please do not leave your pet(s) unattended inside the homes.

  • Each additional guest after (2) is $20/night

  • Please no parties or hosted events without prior permission. If you are looking to host a small gathering or wedding event at one of our guest homes, we are happy speak with you about our Venue Rental options!
